Which makes one have to wonder if you would then agree that Congress has the ability to, say, prohibit your use of a telephone, or computer? Neither was contemplated by the framers. And, if not, then aren't we back to what I asked about, which is that you seem to favor restrictions based upon public approval, rather than on what the constitution actually says?
