When your turn finally comes along, you但ツツ冤l find yourself standing in front of the pit, where you can order your desired meat (anything from pork ribs, ham, sausage, and sliced brisket to shrimp poppers) by the pound. The portions might seem a little too bountiful, but at least they warn you: above the pit hangs a sign that reads, "be careful not to over order 但ツツ your eyes may be bigger than your stomach." It但ツツ冱 best to heed this advice if you plan to sample their delicious homemade sides and desserts, too.
