Citing "cruel and inhumane treatment," Hahn took the legal steps to end his 1.5-year marriage to Uchitel on June 10, 2013, sources told TMZ. The couple had gotten into several verbal altercations of late, and sources told TMZ that Hahn claimed Uchitel had slapped him in a recent argument. Hahn and Uchitel have a 1-year-old daughter.
