You are all acting like you have never drank in your life, where as the truth is most of you have got drunk, most of you have woken up regretting the night before but then a news article shows a younger person having been to hospital because of it and suddenly its an uproar. The amount of people going to hospital isn't going to change how much tax you pay and, if im being honest, if people didnt drink then tax would be even higher (since the government put ridiculous tax prices on both alcohol and cigarettes). So before you complain, have some common sense and actually think about the situations and similar situation you have been in before you start complaining.
