The reason we are not much further along than we are is the vested interests in fossil fuels have lobbied, bought patents and done everything they could to stop it, not because it is not feasible. I’m not saying overnight or 100% but certainly if we try we can do a whole lot better. Of course there are those who simply don’t have enough imagination to see anything but the status quo, but they will not be needed to get this done. I know lots of people now who run their electric car on solar power, just for starters. Had you lived a few years back you would be saying cars will never replace horses. Or maybe you are simply a corporate troll trying to keep up the dis-information campaign about climate change. Sure there are big bucks for those in the business. The most likely thing to plunge us back to the stone age is the destruction of a big part of the accumulated assets of mankind by climate induced problems.
